Discover the artistry and effortless elegance of Amáli Jewelry at a special trunk show at Artful Hand Gallery from August 28 through September 7.
Founded by designer Sara Freedenfeld, Amáli was born from a love of travel, craftsmanship, and the natural beauty of the world. While backpacking through South America, Sara discovered her passion for jewelry design. In Chile, she learned to combine natural elements with knotted strings to create intricate wearable art. Later, in Venezuela, an artist introduced her to the techniques of linking and molding metal—experiences that would become the foundation of her distinctive aesthetic.
Inspired by the landscapes, colors, and vibrant textiles she encountered on her travels, Sara set out to create jewelry that balances the simplicity of handcrafted artistry with the glamour of high fashion.
Amáli pieces are crafted in 18k gold and an extraordinary array of gemstones, with a signature fabric-like sensibility. Intricately woven chains and stones create rich, fluid textures that move beautifully with the body, resulting in jewelry that feels both sophisticated and organic.
Sara named Amáli after her grandmother—a bold, confident woman who embodied the spirit of the brand. That same spirit lives in every Amáli creation and in the women who wear it: women who appreciate exceptional beauty and craftsmanship, yet are never defined by their jewelry.
